State and federal authorities are investigating James Michael Chestnut's possible involvement with money, drugs, and guns. Kentucky State Troopers aided members of the Drug Enforcement Administration, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms, and the Internal Revenue Service executing sealed search warrants on property owned by Chestnut Tuesday, Nov. 19.

Chestnut was jailed briefly on a receiving stolen property charge, but was later released. The investigation is continuing.
