A man accused of killing the mother of his four-month-old baby is now in custody at the Christian County Jail. Two sisters are dead of multiple gunshot wounds and police arrested the man they believe to be responsible.
Twenty-two-year-old Derrick Loving of Hopkinsville is being charged with two counts of murder after turning himself into the Russellville Police Department last night. Police say Loving is the main suspect in the double murder of 22-year-old Hanna Key and her sister 18-year-old Jessica Key.
The two were found shot to death in their front yard around 1 a.m. Saturday morning. All three were employed at Electrolux in Springfield, Tennessee. Police say area witnesses tipped them off that a male individual with Loving's description was seen outside the Key's house prior to the shooting.
Jessica is a former basketball player for Russellville High School. The two are sisters of Otis Key, a former Globetrotter. Hanna leaves behind two children, ages two and four months. Loving is the father of the four-month-old. Funeral arrangements are incomplete at this time.
