A Southern Indiana man accused of murdering three women is wearing a burden of proof.
The Floyd County Prosecutor's Office says after killing Karen Hodella 10 years ago William Clyde Gibson got a tattoo to commemorate her murder.
Reports say the date 10-10-02 appears along side a knife to make up the tatoo.
The importance of the date is that it's Gibson's 45th birthday and also the day police think he murdered Hodella.
Gibson is facing three murder charges.
Authorities say he sexually abused two of his victims and mutilated one of their bodies.
