Fatal Motrocycle Accident

MONTICELLO, Ky. (AP) -- Kentucky State Police say two people who were riding a motorcycle without helmets have died in a crash.

Police say the 2007 Suzuki left the roadway early Sunday on Kentucky 3284 in Monticello and struck a house. The driver, 23-year-old Matthew J. Pierce, and his passenger, 23-year-old Jordan B. Crouch, both of Monticello were ejected. Wayne County Coroner Forest Hicks pronounced them dead at the scene.

Police say they are investigating whether alcohol played a role in the crash.
