Estlack admitted driving under the influence of intoxicants, when he crashed head-on into a vehicle on Hammett Hill road May 5, 2002. Sixty-six-year-old Willie Duke was killed in that crash. Estlack was 17 at the time. He will be eligible for parole after serving 20 percent of his seven years.
