Post Derby Shooting

One man is dead and another in jail after gunfire that erupted following the Kentucky Derby.

Twenty-nine-year-old Van Davis Junior of Middletown, Ohio died as the result of multiple gunshot wounds and another man suffered a leg wound.

Twenty-five-year-old Craig Love of Cincinnati was arrested and charged with murder.

The shooting followed Saturday nights cruising on West Broadway in Louisville that follows the Kentucky Derby each year.

Police also reported two non-fatal shootings during cruising Friday night.
