By Gene Birk |

Bowling Green Police say over the past four weeks someone has been vandalizing equipment at construction sites at the Kentucky Trimodal Transpark. The suspects have shot out windows and headlights of various graders, front loaders, excavators, bull dozers, and scrapers.

Security lights at the ITA Transpark water tower have also been shot out. And someone used a front-end fork lift to try to break into a trailer containing demolition equipment. Burglars have also struck the ITA site, stealing several tools kept in a house there. In all, thousands of dollars worth of damage has been done to equipment and property in recent weeks at the Kentucky Trimodal Transpark.
