A marijuana grove has been found inside a Bowling Green home.
Bowling Green Police say on Monday, June 11th, an officer smelled a strong odor of marijuana coming from a home on Webb Drive.
After obtaining a warrant to enter the home several days later, they found ten 6 foot tall marijuana plants, as well as five started plants inside the home.
Police say James Varner, a city employee, was selling and growing the weed.
He is being charged with trafficking as well as being within one thousand feet of a school, Parker Bennet Elementary.
