Convicted KY Killer Appeals Conviction

A convicted killer from Kentucky is appealing his conviction in the 1997 shooting deaths of a Knoxville couple and their young daughter.

Jason Blake Bryant is the youngest of six Kentucky residents serving life in prison for the killings of Vidar and Delfina Lillelid and six-year-old Tabitha.

Bryant was 14 when the Lillelid family was forced into their own van at gunpoint at a Greene County interstate rest stop.

The family was then taken out to a rural area and shot in an alleged satanic ritual.

The couple's two-year-old son was badly wounded but survived.

Bryant's federal petition claims his due process rights were violated.
