Two Franklin teenagers are in custody and face several charges after stealing an anhydrous ammonia nurse tank.
A Warren County Sheriff's deputy was traveling on Three Springs Road when he noticed a red pickup truck pulling the tank around 11:30 Sunday night.
After stopping the driver of the truck, the deputy discovered the tank had been stolen from "Richpond Crop Service."
The tank, valued at about $1500, has since been returned.
Eighteen-year-old James Henry Scott was taken to the Warren County Regional Jail.
A 17-year-old juvenile, whose name is being withheld, was taken to the Juvenile Detention Center.
Anhydrous ammonia can be used for making methamphetamine.
