Disputed Warren County Rezoning Passed Without Opposition

Today's vote was 5-to-1, with Magistrate Tommy Hunt casting the lone vote against approving an ordinance rezoning nearly 98 acres in Plum Springs from agricultural to residential estate.

In previous meetings of the fiscal court, and planning and zoning committee, several people had appeared in opposition. But at today's vote, no notice of opposition had been filed, and no one appeared at the meeting to oppose the vote.
