Agents from the ATF, IRS, Drug Enforcement Administration, Kentucky State Police, and the Bowling Green-Warren County Drug Task Force swarmed over 38-year-old James Michael Chestnut's Morton Road home in November of 2002.

Chestnut is charged with filing false tax returns from 1999 through 2001. Authorities say he failed to report nearly $750,000 those three years. Chestnut is also charged with conspiracy, and possession with intent to distribute cocaine, methamphetamine, marijuana, and hydromorphone.
