An 82-year-old Metcalfe County man is arraigned in connection with a gun fight back in May.
Albert Coomer entered a plea of not guilty Wednesday to two counts of attempted murder. He was ordered to stay in the Barren County Jail under a $100,000 cash bond.
The shooting took place on May 31 at a house off Kentucky 544, east of Edmonton.
Albert Coomer’s son, James, died in the shootout and three officers were wounded.
