It was two months ago Millard Dwyer was arrested for driving under the influence on a horse. Somerset police say he's done it again.
A 911 call last night alerted police. Responding officers found Dwyer riding his horse in the middle of the road near the Somerset city limits. They say he and the horse were causing a traffic backup. Officers say Dwyer then failed a field sobriety test.
He was charged with operating a non-motor vehicle under the influence of intoxicants.
His arrest back on May 23 cost him $225.
