Ricky Fulcher Trial

A Logan County man is convicted on Meth charges for a second time.

The trial of 42-year-old Ricky Fulcher ended last night in Logan Circuit Court.

Fulcher was first convicted in 2002, of two counts of manufacturing meth, and two counts of possession of anhydrous ammonia in an improper container.

It was appealed to the State Supreme Court, and three of the four convictions were reversed.

Fulcher was found guilty again, only this time one charge was amended to 'complicity' to manufacturing methamphetamine.

Fulcher is already serving a ten-year sentence in Eddyville.

The jury is recommending a total of 49 years for the new conviction.

Final sentencing is set for September 8, 2005 before Judge Tyler Gill.
