Remains of a soldier lost in Vietnam more than 30 years ago will be buried Saturday in Russell Springs.
A graveside service will be held for PFC Raymond Edward Bobe at 10:00 Saturday morning.
Bobe and four other soldiers died when their plane crashed during bad weather in Vietnam in 1969. The remains were discovered in 2000 and identified in April.
Bobe was posthumously promoted to Sergeant First Class. His memorial will be at Lucenda Cemetery in Russell Springs. Full military honors are planned with a Fort Campbell Honor Guard to participate.
