Although the clock struck midnight on the Cinderella season for the Hilltoppers, the fans couldn't be more pleased with their success.

"They played a hard fought game. There's not a person in Bowling Green that should be ashamed of this game tonight," said one fan.

Western fans all over Bowling Green gathered in churches, restaurants and Diddle Arena to support the Tops.

All the fans we spoke to hope this year's long tournament run will set the stage for similar success next year.
