Good Samaritan Helps Fire Victim

By  |

Mary Robey's home in Franklin was destroyed by a fire that started in her kitchen.

No one was injured in the fire.

Left with no belongings and no place to stay, Robey says she didn't know what to do. Then Simpson County Good Samaritan Inc. came to her aid.

The organization paid for Robey to stay in a local hotel and will also help her find a new home.

Good Samaritan has been doing these good works in Simpson County for more than 10 years.

The organization is sponsored by 24 area churches. Good Samaritan helps about 200 families every month.
