Some of our favorite local celebrities took to the dance floor at the 2nd Annual Dancing With Bowling Green's Own!

WUHU personalities and candidates for mayor, plus our very own Tamara Evans, Sarah Goebel and Shane Holinde took part in the event!

Our weekend anchor and reporter Tamara Evans was ready to go, but she was a bit on edge about the contest.

"I'm actually not used to it, I'm really nervous. I think were gonna do OK, but I'd rather be there anchoring and reporting than here dancing," stated Evans.

Proceeds for the event went to the Make A Wish Foundation to grant a dream to Robert Cunningham, a young Morgantown boy with cancer.

WUHU''s Greg Almond and his Dynamic Dance instructor Lauren Scott took home the trophy.

Shane Holinde and his dance partner came in a very close second!

Thanks to everyone who participated and we wish the Cunningham family all the best!
