Eastern Kentucky Man Charged with Murdering Infant

An eastern Kentucky man has been charged with murder after police say his 5-month-old daughter suffered fatal head and neck injuries.

Kentucky State Police charged 23-year-old Billy Hollan Junior, of Beattyville, with murder in the death of the infant.

Lee County EMS went to Hollan's apartment on April 24 and found the child dead.

Troopers say an autopsy on April 25 revealed injuries to the child.

Hollan was being held in the Three Forks Regional Jail on April 26.
