Dozens of emaciated horses and horse remains were discovered on a farm in Mason County, Kentucky.

I dont understand why they would work with an individual who clearly doesnt have any concern for animals, or life. The horses need to be removed from them, and they need to be arrested and taught that this is NOT OK.
needs to b jailed for abusing animals why have them if ya don't want them!!!!
i would like to know how to contact these people because i know where some neglected horses are and i'm not sure who to contact
that is sad i will save you horses
