A toddler has been found dead in a Louisville apartment where her family was staying after fleeing Louisiana in the wake of Hurricane Katrina.
Deputy Coroner Jesse Paulley says 13-month-old Destiny McNeese died, likely of positional asphyxiation.
The girl was found dead on an air mattress where she had been sleeping.
Paulley says there were no signs of foul play.
The exact cause of death had not been determined, pending final autopsy results.
