Among Bobby Bennett, Junior's charges are manufacturing meth, trafficking in marijuana, having anhydrous ammonia in unapproved containers, and possession of firearms by a convicted felon.

Gott volunteer firefighters called deputies to Bennett's Goshen Church Road home Thursday afternoon, after an LP gas tank exploded in the brush fire they were fighting. While searching Bennett's property, deputies found 30-to-40 LP tanks, five of which tested positive for anhydrous. Deputies say others were being altered to accept anhydrous.

Authorities also found four firearms. Members of ATF and the Drug Task Force are assisting in the investigation.
