Two men arrested on charges they conspired to kill a southern Kentucky woman have pleaded not guilty.
WLEX reports 21-year-old Antonio A. Turner and 19-year-old Joseph Denning entered the pleas at their arraignment Thursday.
State police say the pair is charged with conspiracy to commit murder, complicity to commit robbery and unlawful imprisonment. Another suspect, Timothy Prater, was arrested last week.
Police have said that neighbors likely saved the life of the McCreary County woman, who was attacked as she tried to get into her vehicle by three men wearing military-style fatigues. When the neighbors refused to leave, the men drove off.
Police have said the woman who they think hired the men was found dead last week from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound.
