LOUISVILLE, Ky. (AP) -- Two men have been indicted in connection with a fatal shooting aboard a city bus in Louisville this week.

The Courier-Journal reports 22-year-old Jeffrey Kingdon and 20-year-old Martin Keehn Jr. were indicted Thursday, on charges of complicity to murder, complicity to first-degree wanton endangerment, and complicity to first-degree tampering with physical evidence.

The charges stem from the fatal shooting Monday of Rico Cortez Robinson, Jr. aboard a TARC bus. Jefferson County Deputy Coroner Jim Wesley has said Rico was killed by a single gunshot wound to the head. He died at the scene.
