Former Bowling Green Investor Will Go to Prison

Jason M. Uhls faces a maximum term of 50 years in prison for wire fraud, mail fraud, and money laundering. And he must pay restitution of approximately $85,000. Uhls also agrees to cooperate in the investigation of Dean A. Knight.

Knight is charged with three counts of wire fraud and one count of mail fraud. As president of "Universal Developments International Incorporated," Knight is accused of misappropriating investors' money intended for oil well production. His trial is set for January 30 in U.S. District Court.
