A Simpson County man is facing multiple counts of rape and incest after being indicted by a grand jury.
Twenty-nine-year-old Daniel Baker has been jailed since November 17. He's accused of raping a female under the age of twelve twice between April of 2000 and April 2005.
Between April and September of this year, baker is accused of two counts of sodomy and two counts of second degree rape involving a girl younger than 14. He's also charged with four counts of incest.
Baker will be back in court for a pre trial conference February 27. He remains in the Simpson County jail on a $100,000 cash bond.
