A Monroe County Grand Jury indicted a former school teacher on four counts of unlawful transaction with a minor after she fled to Mexico with a former student.
26-year-old Angela Comer also faces two counts of third-degree sodomy and one count of custodial interference for carrying on a sexual relationship with a 14-year-old boy.
Authorities say Comer and the boy left for Mexico almost two weeks ago along with Comer's 4-year old son.
Comer's bond was also increased to 100-thousand dollars.
The unlawful transaction charge is a Class B Felony and carries a potential prison sentence of up to 20 years for each of the four counts.
The sodomy and custodial interference charges carry a sentence of up to five years in prison upon conviction.
The 14-year old boy's grandmother says that he will now be living in a foster home.
