Two Area Companies Make Kentucky BBB's Terrible Top 10

Of the BBB's terrible top ten, "Decker College" and its parent company, Compass Educational, ranked third, with 20 complaints filed. "Decker College" is being investigated for misrepresenting to students that it was approved to provide GI benefits, among other deceptive practices.

"National Acceptance" is fourth on the list. Consumers say this credit collection agency harassed them. Some say they didn't owe any money, and when they called the company to explain, the receptionist was rude and hung up on them.
