Warren Circuit Judge Steve Wilson sentenced former Warren County magistrate, Terry Stahl, on three counts of trafficking in a controlled substance.
The "Warren County-Bowling Green Drug Task Force" arrested Stahl last March, after he sold crack cocaine to a confidential informant.
In his presentation today, Stahl's attorney, Alan Simpson, said he'd never seen anything like Stahl's amazing recovery. He's been at a half-way house in Nashville for ten months, helping other users recover.
Stahl will be eligible for shock probation after 30 days in prison. He was on Warren County’s fiscal court from December of 1995 through December of 2000.
