Despite being told he may be released today, Governor Fletcher may still have to spend a couple more days at Saint Joe's in Lexington.
Fletcher continues to be on a feeding tube to allow his "inflamed pancreas" to rest.
He's been hospitalized since February 12 after undergoing surgery to remove his gallbladder.
The targeted day of his release is now Wednesday. It could be two weeks after leaving the hospital before Fletcher gets back to his regular work in Frankfort.
