The Kentucky Supreme Court upholds the life sentence given to a woman found guilty of killing her infant son.

Kathy Harless was convicted for the murder which took place in 2001.

On April 9 of that year, a worker discovered the infant's body in an outhouse at a Leitchfield flea market.

Harlass was handed down a life sentence in 2003 by a Grayson County jury but later appealed.

The case went to the state supreme court who denied Harlass' appeal.
