That statement has totally made me mad. I live on a fixed income I draw ssi & food stamps. Those together don't added up to $700. So I am able to support myself for the first 2 weeks of the month and after that I have to be fed by my best friends, and my brother loans me money that has to be paid back the first of the next month so I'm always running short of money. Since grocerys and gas has got so high I know what it is like to be hungry. I don't call that a mental recession. I call that a reality recession. The man that said that should walk a day in my shoes.
