L.C. Curry Elementary and Parker-Bennett Elementary Schools could soon become one as Bowling Green Independent Schools considers building a new home for both schools.
The new school would be located on Parker-Bennett's current site.
During the construction phase, Parker-Bennett students would attend class in the L.C. Curry building, which would be renamed Parker-Bennett.
Some parents are concerned that their children could become "lost in the shuffle of what seems like a fruit basket turnover."
The Bowling Green Board of Education will vote on some of these issues on March 10.
