A bill that would allow mothers to breast-feed their babies in public will soon head to the governor.
The bill says breast-feeding a child "shall not be considered an act of public indecency and shall not be considered indecent exposure.
If signed by the governor, the bill would prohibit the passing of ordinances banning public breast-feeding.
The Senate already approved the measure.
