LAWRENCE ROBERT STINNETT AND ALANDA LATONIA LEWIS OF OKLAHOMA CITY WERE INDICTED WEDNESDAY BY A WARREN COUNTY GRAND JURY. THEY ARE ACCUSED OF KILLING 29-YEAR-OLD CHRISTINA RENSHAW. RENSHAW WAS FOUND DEAD BY A BOWLING GREEN POLICE OFFICER IN FEBRUARY...WHEN POLICE WENT TO RENSHAW'S APARTMENT TO INVESTIGATE A DOMESTIC VIOLENCE CALL. THAT IS WHEN RENSHAW WAS FOUND LYING UNCONSCIOUS ON THE FLOOR. PROSECUTOR CHRIS COHRON SAYS THEY ARE CONSULTING WITH THE ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE TO MAKE SURE THE KIDNAPPING CHARGE QUALIFIES AS AN AGRAVATING FACTOR...WHICH WOULD ALLOW PROSECUTORS TO SEEK THE DEATH PENALTY IF CONVICTED.
