Elected officials and community members set out again on July 14, this time for the fourth Summer Stroll of the season.
Residents of Deer Park Neighborhood gathered on Moonlite Avenue to walk and talk with officials on what needs to be done in their area, and what they have already done to better their neighborhood.
Many items mentioned, such as heavy traffic and rumble strips, have been the main issues of many neighborhoods this year.
"As we've had more houses come into Bowling Green we've had more traffic, and every subdivision has the same problem we have, too many cars and not enough streets," said a representative of the neighborhood to the residents and officials before the stroll.
"You hate to tear a house down to put a street in."
The stroll covered portions of Moonlite, Pecan, Butterwood, and Brookshore.
