On April 5, students across the nation took a stand against tobacco use for the eleventh annual Kick Butts Day.
The Barren River District Health Department had displays set up at Bowling Green High.
They showed how much tar is in a person's lungs if they smoke a pack of cigarettes a day, what a cancerous lung feels like, and the "grim reaper" to show death can be a result of smoking.
