A Todd County man is arrested for making and possessing methamphetamine.

Kentucky State Police say 26-year-old Jeremy Michael Murphy was seen driving a four-wheeler a little before 8p.m. last night on Kentucky 2627 in Todd County.

Troopers attempted to stop Murphy when he fled the scene.

Murphy was caught and an active meth lab was found inside a cooler thrown from the four wheeler.

A list of charges against Murphy include: operating an ATV on the road, fleeing from police, DUI, reckless driving and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Murphy is lodged in the Todd County Detention Center on a $50,000 bond.

Meth is taking the lives of our children. Young adults are becoming addicted to this home made drug. I am glad this man is off the streets.

ummm??? something sounds fishy about this arrest!!! just so happens TWO state police in trenton on a routine stop??? How odd !!And I agree with the other comment posted innocent until proven guilty!!! and why so many charges and why so much publicity over this arrest when there has been several others in they past two weeks!!! And for the ones judging dont !!!!!!!!

If this all stemmed from seeing him on the road with a atv, why were there so many state cars, both marked and unmarked on the scene so fast? Could this be a setup?!

I thought you were innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. This report sounds like he has already been found guilty. The word ALLEDGELY should have been used.
