A Kentucky Legislative leader is at a Lexington Hospital after complaining of chest pains.
Democratic Representative Harry Moberly was wheeled out of the State Capitol in Frankfort on a gurney as the legislative session was in its final hours last night.
Moberly is Chaiman of the House Appropriations and Revenue Committee.
House Speaker Jody Richards says he and Moberly were together on the third floor of the Capitol during a recess when Moberly became ill.
Senate President, David Williams announced later that Moberly was stable.
