Denarrius Terry Pleads Guilty

Denarrius C. Terry, 24, pleaded guilty to possession of cocaine with the intent to distribute, and possession of firearms. Terry could face a minimum term of 10 years, or a maximum term of life in prison, along with other penalties.

Last august, a Logan County jury acquitted Terry of murder, wanton endangerment, and robbery, in the shooting death of 46-year-old Theodore Suggs. Terry is scheduled to be sentenced on the drug trafficking charges July 7 in Bowling Green.
