Governor Fletcher's E-mail

A FAYETTE COUNTY JUDGE SAYS E-MAILS SENT BY GOVERNOR FLETCHER WILL BE REVIEWED BEFORE BEING MADE PUBLIC.
JUDGE ROGER CRITTENDEN SAID E-MAILS IN FLETCHER'S STATE GOVERNMENT ACCOUNT...SADIE-AT-KY-DOT-GOV... SHOULD BE READ BY THE COURT TO DETERMINE WHETHER THEY'RE EXEMPT FROM THE STATE'S OPEN RECORDS LAW. THE GOVERNOR'S "SADIE" ACCOUNT SURFACED DURING THE PERSONNEL INVESTIGATION.
THE E-MAIL REQUEST STARTED WITH A REPORTER FOR THE COURIER-JOURNAL... WHO FILED AN OPEN RECORDS REQUEST...SEEKING "ANY AND ALL E-MAILS" SENT TO FLETCHER'S STATE ACCOUNT...BUT THE GOVERNOR'S OFFICE DENIED THE REPORTERS REQUEST. THE DENIAL LEAD TO AN OPEN RECORDS APPEAL TO THE ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE...WHO WAS ALSO FORBIDDEN ACCESS TO THE GOVERNOR'S E-MAIL.
