Residents of one Bowling Green community are dealing with a foul problem that's rising to the surface....raw sewage.
A resident says she told her landlord Donald McConnell about the sewage problems months ago. He says he's been out of town and is now working on the problem.
The landlord also said that he planned to have it fixed this past weekend. No word yet on if the repairs are complete.
The health department also planned to visit the community today.
