Bluegrass enthusiasts are in luck, some of the biggest names in the genre are in South Central Kentucky this week.
The James Monroe Music Hall in Franklin was scheduled to open up its doors today, but the grand opening has been delayed.
However, several Bluegrass bands are still performing outside of the facility through Saturday.
Seven veteran stars of the Grand Ole Opry and Country Music Hall of fame entertainers are among the artists to perform this season.
Organizers say Franklin is a great location for the new music hall.
Shows will be held throughout the year running until December.
