Joshua Glen Knight Stevenson had been missing from Magnolia, Kentucky since August 3.

State police believed he was with his mother 44-year-old Kimmie Chamberlain Stevenson.

Yesterday, the two were located in Dexter, New Mexico.

Stevenson was arrested and charged with custodial interference and the child was taken into custody by the Dexter Police Department.
