UPDATE: Morgantown Man Dead After Two Vehicles Collide Save Email Print

A Morgantown man was killed yesterday in a crash on Louisville Road in Bowling Green.

Police say just after 4:00 yesterday afternoon, a car driven by 20-year-old Michael Hawks of Bowling Green struck an
SUV driven by 66-year-old Gerald Embry of Morgantown.

Both were traveling south on Louisville Road approaching Porter Pike when they collided and flipped.

Embry was pronounced dead at the scene.

None of the four people in the car was seriously injured.

Police are continuing to investigate.
