Local Troops will Travel South
Governor Steve Beshear and Adjutant General Edward Tonini ordered the deployment of 350 troops from the state. WHAT A GREAT THING TO HEAR! OUR TROPPS TRULY ARE HEROES!
Our son is a specialist with the Campbellsb=ville unit of the 623rd. He recently returned from his tour in Afghanistan, and told us last night that he felt as though he would be doing more good with his part in the hurricane relief. We are so very proud of him and all his fellow troops that will be going down to Louisiana.
