KSP Investigating Murder in Muhlenberg County
Kentucky State Police are investigating a murder in Muhlenberg County.

Kentucky State Police are investigating a murder in Muhlenburg County.
At around 1:30 this morning, KSP found the body of Kline Watkins at 957 Hillside Road in Powderly.
47-year-old Watkins had reportedly been shot.
Police arrested 39-year-old William Cessna of Powderly and charged him with murder, tampering with physical evidence and assault.
Cessna is lodged in the Muhlenberg County Detention Center.
