Drunk driving charges against country singer John Michael Montgomery could be dropped.
An attorney says it's possible the case could be dismissed because there were no blook or urine tests to measure the singer's blood-alcohol level.
Montgomery was arrested in February while leaving a Lexington night club.
He was also charged with carrying a concealed weapon and possessing a controlled substance.
The attorney says the singer might have prook that he was authorized to have the concealed weapon and the prescription drugs.
