Tim Miller, who is also an accounting professor at the school, will take the helm on August 15th until Dunn can take office.

The 47-year-old Dunn was introduced May 12th as the new president at the 10-thousand-300-student school in far western Kentucky.

Dunn beat out current associate provost Tim Todd for the position. Another finalist withdrew his name.

The 61-year-old Miller has worked at M-S-U since 1971. During that time he has taught in the accounting department and has led the M-S-U Foundation since November 1990.
